How do I send my firearm or parts to you?

After contacting us and receiving project instructions, we'll explain how to properly prepare and ship your items to CombatCoatings. Local customers may also have the option to arrange a drop-off.

How long does a project take?

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. We'll provide an estimated turnaround time when your project is quoted and keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I choose any color or design?

Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of colors, finishes, and custom combinations. If you have an idea in mind, send it to us and we'll help bring it to life.

Do you offer custom patterns?

Yes. Custom patterns and multi-color designs are available depending on the project. Send us your ideas or inspiration photos and we'll discuss what's possible.

Do you disassemble and reassemble firearms?

Disassembly and reassembly options depend on the specific firearm and project. We'll discuss what is required when your project is quoted.

Will Cerakote affect how my firearm functions?

Proper preparation and application are critical. We take care to maintain appropriate tolerances and avoid coating areas where coating could interfere with fit or function.

Can I send just one part instead of an entire firearm?

Yes. We can coat individual compatible components as well as complete projects.

Do you accept projects outside of firearms?

Yes. Cerakote has applications well beyond firearms. Contact us with details about your automotive, motorcycle, tools, outdoor equipment, or custom project and we'll let you know if it is a good candidate for Cerakote.
